Our Policies
Advance Reservations
Demand for spa services is high, especially on weekends and holidays. We highly recommend making a reservation several weeks in advance of your desired date and time.
Scheduling/Pricing
All appointments are scheduled a la carte. Please read the description of the service you are requesting online. A credit card is required to reserve all appointments. If your services or provider changes, your final price may differ. Prices are subject to change after an appointment has been booked.
Cancellations/Late Arrivals
All services must be guaranteed with a credit card. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance of your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in the rate being charged to your credit card. If you are running late, a phone call is appreciated and we will do our best to accommodate you. Your arrival time may determine the length of your treatment and you will be charged according to the pricing of the initial appointment.
Groups/Weddings Appointments
We welcome groups. For groups of three or more desiring spa services and activities, please contact our support staff at (262) 245-2444.
Furry Friends
We love dogs and cats. However, animals (including emotional support animals) are not allowed in the salon due to state regulations governing salon spas. Service animals recognized by the ADA are, of course, an exception. We appreciate your understanding.
Changing Service Providers
Please feel free to change service providers within our salon spa at your convenience. This provides you with a variety of talent and some flexibility in booking appointments. We suggest having two or three regular options so you are always assured of knowledgeable, personalized service regardless of emergencies, vacations, illnesses or unexpected travel plans.
